He surprised me with an early bouquet when he picked me up for lunch during the week:
I took Friday off and we went to Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa. We had a FABULOUS time. It was so relaxing. Other trips considered prior to deciding on Glen Ivy: Santa Barbara, San Diego, Las Vegas, Seattle, Sedona, Paso Robles. We had absolutely no regrets choosing Glen Ivy. In fact, we decided that the next time we felt the urge to go somewhere not too far away, we would come back here. Highlights of the spa: Massage and their famous red clay mud bath. It made our skin silky smooth...
Our camera was in Sergio's locker the entire time we were inside but here are a few of the outside.
Before jumping on the freeway on the way home, we stopped by Tom's Farms. We don't know who he is but his place was pretty cool. It has a small wine/cheese/deli store, a Mexican Restaurant, a burger/shake place, a candy store, a fruit stand, a furniture store, petting zoo, lake, a duck, a chicken....the place featured a surprisingly number of things to do.
Maybe this is Tom:
(I think the second topiary is supposed to be an elephant. It looks dirty if you ask me. Don't groan, you see it too!)
