No, it's not H1N1. I don't think.

Guess what my peeps. I'm sick. Again. I was blessed with the variety pack of sick for the holidays - Thanksgiving (cold), Christmas (almost blacked out stomach bug), and New Years (deep, ugly chest cough). This latest varietal comes with an endless throat itch=cough which keeps me up all night. Cough attacks make the right side of my head feel like it's going to explode, particularly right behind the eye. Being unable to sleep is probably what's been dragging this stupid thing out since pre-NYE. So tonight, I'm going to guzzle NyQuil and hopefully get some sleep! I promise to take the recommended dosage only so no "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds" for me. But bring on those elusive z's on a dreamy, cloudy, platter!

The next installment of party pics will have to wait for another night, maybe tomorrow (I hope). I leave you with a couple of vintaged photos I uploaded recently. (I blogged about new vintage pics before.) I purposely choose blurry ones. I think they help with the old world feel of them, don't you?

  1. Remember what my co-worker's doctor dad said,
    "You have swine,
    Don't panic,
    You'll be fine."

So, even if it is H1N1, pull through it, and you'll be fine. I wish you told me earlier. I would have brought over my stoup instead of finishing it all.
