Hollywood Bowl - Hall & Oates + Independence Day Fireworks

They opened with Maneater which made me very happy because they didn't sing it at all the last time. I mean really folks. The next time you find yourself in an iconic band on tour, sing the monster hit that everyone is waiting for. Really.

Since it was Independence Day weekend, the concert was punctuated by fireworks! So fun!



More importantly, we got a rare chance to catch up with Diana and Lior! Hopefully we'll get to see them again soon.

We spent the next evening, July 4, in our backyard lawn chairs. We got to enjoy the neighborhood fireworks just overhead. It's actually terrible because they're totally illegal in L.A. and it's majorly dangerous and all. We got a good show though.
