



It felt so nice up on the grounds, but the work was daunting. Basically a near-tear-down. It was priced low and priced right. It would be perfect for someone who knew what they were doing, to buy it and fix it up.
The best part of this house was the story that came with it. The agent told us a snippet about the woman who lived there and I was so intrigued. She sounded like she had a lot of spirit and drive.
